Women Get Their Own Challenge at UPC

The Ultimate Poker Challenge has announced that it has joined forces with Woman Poker Player Magazine to add a women's event into its tournament lineup. The Women's Ultimate Poker Challenge will begin on February 9th with its televised final table on the 10th.

The Ultimate Poker Challenge has locked into a comfortable niche for its third season. With modest buy-ins, its new Binion's location, and a quality televised product, the UPC has drawn a nice mix of players. While many amateurs have taken top honors so far, experienced players like Brandon Cantu and James Hoeppner have also scored fist place finishes. Professionals Scott Fischman, Marsha Waggoner, and Richard "The Quiet Lion" Brodie have all seen televised final tables.

So, if you ever wanted to play a tournament at Binion's, the epicenter of poker's history, and rub shoulders with the pros, the Women's Ultimate Poker Challenge looks like the perfect opportunity.
